I add to switch to Qt 5, 5.8 to be exact to support new operating systems.
So it compiles now but I still need to fix a few bugs.
Once this is done, I'll commit but I do not know if I'll have the courage to test the serial connection.

I'm sorry but I give up. Just installing a working compiling environment on Windows is a pain in the ass...
And the font rendering changed so I would have to change the xskin format to support OSX specifics at least.
I have too much work at work to continue the maintenance of the emulator.
