No, I don't think so. The closest answer is there was a FORTH system for the '75 and there were a couple reasonable RPN 'calculator' programs, but I can't find them in any of the back PPC/CHHU/Datafile/etc. issues, I've looked over the past year. IIRC, they weren't trying to be a 41 per se, but were inspired by the '41 as this is what everyone in the community was using when the '75 came out.

There are also plenty of other RPN programs for the '75 written in BASIC, that were functional but with limited operators; these can be found in the old issues.
