Hello repair doctors
I have a 38E wich is very clean inside and looks like new. But on 2 3 4 and 7 is an additional segment bright.
Have any one a idea what can be defect?

I have an HP-21 display with a similar defect on some segments. I could be a degradation of the GaAS semiconductor substrate. No idea for a repair. You need a replacement from another calculator.
