It might be transmogrified into a Sinclair Scientific using the Arduino IDE.
Six bright red 7 segment LED modules. What else do you want?

A four banger RPN device would be quite easy from this base.
A scientific would be a little more difficult -- the Sinclair Scientific has an extra key but I'm sure something should be figured out.

It looks nice, but 6 digits is really limiting. They should have use a slightly smaller display size to allow for 8 digits in the same size case.

Unfortunately sufficiently small seven-segment LED displays are no longer made.
