Is this a Glitch? - AraragiMonogatari - 12-23-2016 06:39 PM

I was in the middle of fiddling and creating a solver program then all of a sudden, this happened from time to time.

Unwatchable video (is that the glitch you meant?) - striegel - 12-23-2016 08:01 PM

The video was impossible to watch. It kept jumping and breaking up into pixels.

Maybe you should just try describing in words what the problem looks like.

Video shows how the SOLVE finds the root of your equation.
No problem with it.

The numbers on the LCD the two estimation of the root.
The signs on the right side near the numbers are the sign of (your equation LeftSide - your equation RightSide) in that two estimated points.

Without knowing the equation you're solving, it's hard to say if the solution makes sense, however it seems like everything behaved properly.

What aspect of what occurred seems wrong or unexpected?

BTW, the video played fine for me (near Boston).
