Is it possible to add the IR and GPS to the 34S or 67S versions?

Sadly, I missed the December free installation -- I can't find my 25 with broken ACT at the moment and the 21 with broken ACT hasn't got through the end of year postal rush.

Should I upgrade the 21 to a 34S or 67S however? I've a definite soft spot for the 34C since it was the first HP I ever owned. The 67 seems slightly more capable in some respects (I've never touched a 67 and my 97 has sadly never worked).

I have converted three 25s to Panamatik 25s all with IR. one 21 to a 34 with IR, one 21 to a 67 with IR and my favourite, a dead 29 to an IR.

The next project is to convert a dead 25 to a 29. Place it in a spare 29 shell and add IR and GPS to it. The 25 board and ROM with a 29 Panamatik Act has more alpha capability and therefore a more logical alpha numeric GPS display then a converted dead 29 to 29.

Unfortunately my soldering iron has been cold for a few months due to stuff.

The 67 conversion looks like fun, although I have it working I have yet to play with it. Bernhards overlays are perfect but my 29 IR has over 18 home coded routines for work and I have become very lazy with my HP related chores. Well it is a new year now.

Cheers, Geoff

Oh to have such a surplus of woodstock devices. I've never seen a 29C or 67 in the flash working or not working.
