Calculator ID - Larry Hiatt - 07-25-2016 10:35 PM

A long time ago maybe 1990's I had this calculator for A very short time. It had an extremely bright high contrast LCD with tall thin characters. readable clear across the room. If I had A big enough magnifying glass I could almost make out the decimal point between the characters. I only had it for 2 days. Does anyone remember what it might have bin?

It was A long time ago. got rid of it after 2 days. It was HP. Maybe about the form of an HP 33s. It was A single line Scientific, The display was probably tall enough for 2 lines with really tall thin characters. when it was off the display was much lighter (closer to white than the rest) no backlighting. It didn't need it. that is about all I really remember of it.

The thing that I remember is in the bubble pack in the store that display really stood out. The first time divided something that gave me A decimal fraction I almost through it against the wall.

Thank you. That sure looks like it. I was over 10 years off. No wonder I couldn't find it.
