Appears to be an application for controlling (custom HP-IL) equipment that scans various freq. bands, allowing control of sweeping using different step-sizes, auto-scanning, fine-tuning, etc. Would like to see one of these ROMs, would be interesting to examine the HP-IL command traffic.

None of this equipment was ever made public for obvious reasons... nor was this company ever very high-profile. Best not to ask too many questions...

Very interesting find!
