HP-97 printer middle gear - Pcip - 08-30-2015 09:57 PM Hi all, I recently picked up a very nice HP-97, but it had the infamous printer middle gear cracked. It actually broke at me at my first attempt to operate the printer. I have read that about a year ago several members have joined together to have a very good aluminum alternative produced, but I haven't been able to locate the seller. If any member here has a spare gear that he or she would be willing to sell me it would be greatly appreciated. I live in Italy. Thanks in advance, Paolo RE: HP-97 printer middle gear - aj04062 - 08-31-2015 01:23 AM Hi Paolo, I was the member that got the "band together". I have a couple gears left. I'd sell you one if no one else has any left. BTW, if others are interested, I'd buy a few again. We would need to get at least 50 gears ordered to make it worth it. RE: HP-97 printer middle gear - Geoff Quickfall - 08-31-2015 04:12 AM I need two! So time for a new list!!! RE: HP-97 printer middle gear - Pcip - 08-31-2015 07:31 AM Thanks, AJ, very much appreciated. Where are you located? Paolo RE: HP-97 printer middle gear - Brad Barton - 08-31-2015 08:16 PM Put me in for 2 if you make the big order. Brad RE: HP-97 printer middle gear - isanchez - 09-01-2015 06:33 AM hi, I would be interested in a couple. Kind regards, Ignacio RE: HP-97 printer middle gear - PANAMATIK - 09-01-2015 07:36 AM And two for me please! Bernhard RE: HP-97 printer middle gear - Geoff Quickfall - 10-18-2015 06:18 PM Bump de bump, bump! Any news, willing to increase order if that will help, maybe put some on the prize desk for HHC2016 next year! Geoff RE: HP-97 printer middle gear - aj04062 - 10-18-2015 06:25 PM The last order was for 50 pieces. It doesn't look like we are close to that. I've asked the machine shop for a per price cost for a 25 piece order. 50 pcs was about $10 each. |
