Finally, the Oughtred Society (http://www.oughtred.org) - in addition to All About Slide Rules - has published a number of excellent instructional books and information for slide rules. There is one book for example written by an ex-K&E employee.

I prefer a circular slide rule. Concise has new manufactured models at their https://www.sliderule.tokyo/products/list.php?category_id=30 pages. Various collectors models are available at the http://www.sphere.bc.ca/test/circular.html pages.
