HP 42S: FAST Programme - Gerald H - 03-27-2015 04:23 PM

The speed up programme

http://www.rskey.org/gene/hpgene/hp42fast.htm

works very nicely on older versions of the 42S.

Do any of the early models with a recessed screen, say around serial number 3047S... behave like the older A7 version models?

Considering that they use, more or less, the same hardware and that both of them also have an integrated memory debugger, will it be possible to make a 17BII or 27S work at high speed? I understand that it is not possible to create the program for "automatic high speed change", but just the debugger part...
