New to Prime - chazzs - 02-12-2015 05:07 AM

Hp user for 34 years, but just received the Prime today. Quite a learning curve, but I'm making headway. Something I don't understand....

I'm in CAS, and enter 3/7. Pressing a b/c toggles between exact and approximate form. Nice.

Entering 2^100 gives me the full value. Pressing a b/c gives the value in scientific notation, and then pressing again gives me 1, then 1., then 1, etc.

What's up with that.

Granted I haven't upgraded (only have a MAC at home, but will upgrade tomorrow at work on a PC).

Is this a current glitch, or an old one that has been fixed?

This is not an issue on the most recent firmware.
