small bug in Geometry Plot Setup - Marcel - 01-23-2015 02:00 AM Hi, I am unable to enter the x maximum and y maximum in X Rng and Y Rng. I check on virtual calculator and this is the same. Marcel RE: small bug in Geometry Plot Setup - Tim Wessman - 01-23-2015 05:08 AM Hello, This is not a bug but by design. In Geometry it would be extremely confusing and problematic to allow not "perfect" x and y ranges. Think about the situation where you have a "circle", but due to the x/y ranges not aligning properly the circle looks like an ellipse. We tried several ways around this (automatically adjusting the x/y as you entered it) and other similar types of other things and finally settled on what you see. In reality, almost nobody manually sets the x/y view as pinch to zoom in the near universal usage here. RE: small bug in Geometry Plot Setup - Marcel - 01-23-2015 03:22 PM Thank's Tim. I understand... Marcel |
