I´m a new user of a DM41X .
Now I have a problem : I miss some function, for example :MVAR
How can I found this function ?

There's no MVAR on the HP/DM41, that's a 42S instruction.

Well, if you're adventurous enough you may want to check the Equation Solver Module, which indeed contains a couple of MVARS functions...
