I've put together a new release package based on my latest build (rev. 3677). The upload to SF takes its time but should be complete in the course of the day.
Please comment here if you find any issues like missing or corrupt/outdated files. (I know that the manual is still on version 3.1. Please don't ask me for an update which I don't have!)

The Qt & iOS emulators have been updated. They now ship with release 3678 of the firmware (displayed as 3679 in VERS).
