HP-12C Platinum: "Reference" referenced in "Solutions Handbook"? - metawops - 09-24-2021 08:39 PM

Folks,

I just found the HP-12C Platinum "Solutions Handbook" (rev. 03.04). In the chapter "Queuing and Waiting Theory" (p. 138) there's a reference: "see page 512 of the Reference".
What's this "Reference" book(?) that has at least 512 pages? Where can I find it?

Thanks,
Stefan.

The reference is listed on the next page (p 139):

Quote:Reference:
Richard E Trueman, "An Introduction to Quantitative Methods for Decision Making," Holt, Rinehart and Winston, New York, 1977
