How to update image to beta on G2? - dae - 10-25-2019 04:08 PM

I have a G2. I installed the beta virtual and beta connectivity kits, which both report the "2019 10 22" dates.

I have downloaded the HP_Prime_Calculator_G2_Firmware_20191022.zip file. I can't figure out how to install the beta firmware update on the physical G2.

Can someone walk me through this, step by step? I've tried using the menu choices in the beta connectivity kit, but the "update calculator" choice references the 2018 firmware, not the beta.

Unzip the ZIP into Documents/HP Connectivity Kit/Firmware/Prime G2, start the Kit again and you should already have the correct firmware loaded.

The Connectivity Kit doesn't recognize the Beta software. At least not on Windows 10.

Eddie: Delete the "Firmware" from the end of your "Working folder" setting. The path to the "working folder" must end with "HP Connectivity Kit".

Thank you Joe! The calculator is updated.
