Two investment efficiency criteria are computed: PRESENT NET VALUE and BENEFIT-COST RATIO. Internal Rate of Return can be found by changing discount rate until PNW reaches zero. ECOVAL is particularly suitable to forestry investment analysis. Each investment event can be entered as a perpetual flow. Provision is made for optionally applying annual benefit and cost appreciation rates to each event."
