Is there a website for TI Calculators that does for TI Calcs what The HPMuseum.org does for HP; I.e. something like ‘The TI Museum’?
I’m aware of Cemtech and TiCalc but they don’t quite fit the bill

I'm not aware of any lively discussion boards (which isn't to say there aren't any), but http://www.datamath.org/ has a very extensive catalog, and there's a lot of printed material here: http://www.rskey.org/CMS/the-library

As far as I know, and that may not be much as I only enjoy the classic machines from TI, the largest site with Forum's etc. and quite active discussions about TI machines is here:

debrouxl, who is at least a moderator, if not owner, of that excellent and extensive site is a regular visitor here at MoHPC. I'm sure many other regulars there visit here as well, but I am not as familiar with their names.
Note that, sadly for many of us Americans that speak only English, much of that site is in French, but although I don't speak a bit of French, I've found that if I'm interested, I (sometimes with a lot of help from Google Translate) can follow a thread and discussion.
Definitely worth a trip to check it out.

One place that has a lot of TI history is

I'm really surprised at how few people who say they collect TI calculators know about it. Their manual download section is quite extensive.
