I tipped in the function (1+e^x)/(1-e^x), draw it and then hit softmenu "FNC", then NEXT and F(X) and it displayies the result : 9.99999999999E499

You can also try the MAXR and MINR instructions:

MAXR ->NUM

MINR ->NUM

That is only the highest floating point number the 50g handles. The largest integer number is limited by memory, since the 50g supports arbitrary precision integers.
