zoomable image

This is weird. When I update the post everything seems fine. When I log out, the "image" and "zoomable image" are shown as empty frames with ?. What am I doing wrong? It seems that the links are protected when not logged in. How can I make them public?

Hi-res pics will soon use up your 3MB of space on the forum. To view pics without being logged in store them in the cloud, like Google Drive. 15GB free space.

I opened an account at google drive. The url link works, but the image and zoomable image does not, although they point to the same url.
Code:
image [img]https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bwx8KUfOUL_RTC01cWtESFpjS2s/view?usp=sharing[/img] hyperlink [url]https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bwx8KUfOUL_RTC01cWtESFpjS2s/view?usp=sharing[/url] zoomable image [url=https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bwx8KUfOUL_RTC01cWtESFpjS2s/view?usp=sharing][img=322x213]https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bwx8KUfOUL_RTC01cWtESFpjS2s/view?usp=sharing[/img][/url]
What can cause the problem?

You simply inserted an image. The idea is to insert a url to an image as the caption to an image to make appear to be "zoom-able".

Baby steps, Dr. Leo Marvin. How is this?

Excellent! The next step is to set a booby-trap. The first image is something benign, like a pic of a calc. Then when the image is clicked a completely different image is displayed, like my cat or me in an embarrassing situation. Use your imagination.

At this point, I'm really just trying the get those last few posts that I need to become a Senior Member.

Because of the perks associated with becoming a Senior Member? They told you about the perks, right? Key to the Senior Member washroom, special parking space, and profit sharing.

I owe you a response to your two emails. I'll get a photo of the 12C Prestige's packaging and contents. I'm glad you liked the Quickcalc I used for extra "packaging". On a whim, I bought a case of 20 thinking that I could give them away at work. Problem is, no one will take them--even for free!

The best Senior Member perk would be: access to The Curator's HP-95C.

One can always dream.

Well it worked, but I don't really believe your motive was solely mastership.

Thanks to my unability to find the Google Drive permalink trick you are senior member now.

Congratulations from a half senior member! #>150

But beware of removed posts in this forum. I heard, that posts in the test forum will be removed after the problem is solved and the removed posts will be subtracted from the post count! Sorry, if it's just a rumor.
