Full Version: [34S] "Running..." can't display it off?

I use a long sequence of PROMPTs in my what-if analysis. When I R/S to the next one the alpha display briefly shows "Running..". I tried alpha-OFF/ON to avoid the resulting screen flicker. I want to go directly from one prompt message to the next one without the "Running..".

I searched Walter's pdf & p.69, but no such luck. Anyone know?

Try VWα+ X directly after the STOP. This will replace the "Running" message quickly. It will not avoid flicker completely but should reduce it.

Marcus,

Thank you for your suggestion of VWα+X. Although I do understand your line of thought it did not seemingly work. It could be that the duration is already almost minimal (but I am a perfectionist). However I still learned about the VWα+X by reading your response, so thanks.
