Describing help, I have already made several updates to my HP Prime, the last update to the firmware version: 20170710, sends the files to a calculator, restart and update, restore backup to a 20160829 version and is not updating anymore. I am using the HP Prime Connectivity Kit 20161208. Anyone know what I can do to upgrade? Once reset, I removed the battery and it remains that way.
