Hola, me gusta mucho la hp prime, cunando salio por el 2012 o 2013, no recuerdo bien, me compre una, se me daño como en 2 meses, y no pude comprarme otra hasta ahora, me la compre la semana pasada, pero me empezó a fallar;
Luego de esto la reinicie varias veces y nada, por lo que decidí reinstalar le el firnware, pero el problema persistía y decidí ponerle firnware anterioares y como resultado obtuve otro problema;
2. La calculadora perdió su capacidad táctil.
Intente nuevamente reinstalar el firnware 2016.08.29 pero nada, me genero otro problema;

Hello Mart, maybe try to remove the battery from the Prime and press the reset button to dissipate any parasitic current that remains in the internal circuits, then put the battery back and charge it well, and reset the calculator again by pressing the Back and then with the ON + Symb keys. Then try upgrading to the latest version with the computer software. And with the latest version already installed, reset it to see what happens and tell us, it's what I can think of.
Remove the battery, plug the calculator in. It should power on. Now with the usb still plugged in, put the battery back in and then leave it charging for a while.
