That's ridiculous. As are the other listings of this seller. An HP-19BII for 229 Euros? 29 maybe...

In Hungary, the average wage is 517 EUR, I want to buy one Time modul for my 41CV, but I can't pay for that approx. 100 EUR, but I have a 18C for trade. If a 19BII is 229 EUR, maybe the 18C is costs 100 EUR, isn't it?!

I think it would rather be the other way round. The 18C is much more rare than the 19BII. I already have one, otherwise I would make you an offer (but certainly not 229 Euros...)

You should simply post in the "Classified" section. Ask for a trade of your 18C for a time module. I second Maximillian's assessment that the 18C is of higher (collector's) value than the 19IIB. Honestly I don't see the 19BII at 229€

If you're unsure, follow this auction on TAS to get an impression what the final price may be.
