Full Version: Failure in HP-15c on IOS

Today I bought the emulation of the HP-15C for the iPhone made by HP. Then I tried a little program to roll the dice:

LBL A
Fix 0
RAN #
6
x
1
+
INT
R/S
GTO A

This program is identical to the program running on my real HP-15C's (old one and Limited Edition). On the real calculators we've used this program on many evenings in games without problems. But on the emulation the value is blinking when the program stops.

What's wrong? In the program store I see exactly the same instructions!

Any suggestions?

Just a nasty bug (shame on HP!).

Press x<>y twice on program completion (easier than g CF 9).

Edit: "touch" rather than "press", of course.

Hi,

in the next days I will get a Blackberry Priv. Is this error present in the Android version, too?

No, it's not. The Android version of the HP-15C has its bugs though. My rant with it is that integration with more than two decimal places will likely not only crash the app but also erase memory. That and a few other User-Interface related minor bugs.

Users have repeatedly asked HP to fix these issues but it seems that it's out of their reach.
