Hello dear people Smile

Few words, more images Smile
Mine returns the correct solution. I've tried it with several different settings for handling complex solutions (since you're using csolve), and I still get the right answer.
I first get the same result as you but I had something assigned to x. After purge(x) I got the correct result.

Try resetting the memory (Shift+Mem, then Shift+Esc/Clear).
Eventually restart the calculator (switch off and switch back on).
Best,

Aries ;-)

I've fallen for this trap when I was new to Maple. Drove me insane, but it has to work this way.
Dear people, you are right.

Since I have a lot of program in my HP Prime (also in the emulator), always I run the calculator (for example in mi PC), it creats all the variables of the programs again.

So "x" has a specific value. When I go to the memory and clear all CAS variables, Matrixes & Lists; the equation gives the correct solution.

We hope the devs soon realease another firmware with more features
