It was mentioned in one of the early threads about the April 2016 firmware release that the documentation was not ready. Is there any idea about when it will be ready and how we will know that we can now grab it? Thanks!

It is still being worked on. The team that does it is part of the larger HP documentation team (working in conjunction with the separate calc team) and so we are often dependent on their schedules and work load.
