Gene: Hello Sanjeev! Is this BIN file still the good one for the WP-30S here? I'm looking to flash one of my 30b units and want to see if this is the right version and layout. Thanks...
Hi Gene,

The file is out if date, but the layout hasn't changed. I will post new BIN file tonight. It fixes the SHOW suggestion made in this thread.

I think I made that suggestion, although others may also have done so. In any case, any chance to look at my other request, implementation of bit's two-line display?

Jeff: Yes, it was your suggestion! I have not had a chance to look at adding the two-line display. I think it is a good suggestion. I have no timeframe on when I could add it. It makes a good user option for 31S as well. The 30S was a sort of playground for me, and it does not have the same maturity as 31S currently has.

On that note, based upon the work that I am doing for 31S, one possibility I see is to make a compile option so that the 30S/31S codebase can be shared, with the key layout differing between the two.

That sounds good. I was thinking about the 2-line display for the 31S too.
I'm okay with it being a compile option.
Not sure what Walter thinks about it for the released version.
