I have a problem with the Prime of one of my students.
When I try to start the Advanced Graphing App, the Prime does a restart. After the restart the active App will be "Function", independently of what App was active before.

The same happens when I recall the a variable of the Advanced Graphing app with the "Vars" key. Also here the active function after the restart will be "Funcion".

Does anyone else already have the same problem?

What should I do to fix it? (Tried the reset pin without success)

Have you tried to "Format" the prime by holding C F O and ON until the utility screen appears? Then select option 4, and from that menu option 3. This may help fix things.

I did it now.
How do I go out from this menu and restart the calculator in normal mode now?

After the formatting I did a back pin reset.

Now it works

Select option 9, the "Reset" function, to exit back to normal mode.
