Mmmm, strange. I am using OSX 10.11 and it seems to show correctly on Safari and Chrome, but anyway here another version.

thanks for the clarification. It looks like the character is completely missing on my system (10.10.5). Your link doesn't show the character, neither in Chrome nor in Safari.
