Hi to the Gurus,

I am a newbie here, and a proud owner of a HP-41CV and a 82143A printer. I have a problem with the latter, the paper advance does not work properly. It works for a few lines, then the calculator shows "Printer Error". I am not able to use the Paper Advance button when this happens. I tried to disassemble the printer, but do not know how to do it. I removed the screw in the center of the bottom plate, but was not able to remove it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are more screws under the rubber feet on the bottom.
