I never run partfrac with approx input, it explains that I did not track the unsimplified terms. Please run it in exact mode until I can fix it.

A workaround for the moment is to put your original input inside an exact( ) call. An easy way to do this is pressing the a b/c key inside the CAS screen. It will convert your numbers into exact fractional representations.
