You can't cut and past what i wrote, but you can type in:
- type this: <colon>)
- type this: <colon>heart<colon>
where <colon> is a ":" character
- type this: <colon>)
- type this: <colon>heart<colon>
where <colon> is a ":" character

You can also use the quote button, and that gives you this:
