Maybe someone could be interested in a HP 41CX, with many acessories, advertised as in working condition, for more or less US$ 900, in a brazilian auction site.

I don't have any relation with the seller nor the product, I only guess someone can be interested, but I admit that I would buy it, if I could afford this amount.
5X - 10X
For those of us that think there is skullduggery on Ebay, you've managed to find a deal worse than any I've seen.

I found some 41cv on TAS 160 us dollars, but always like that: "I don't have bateries or charger, só not tested.."
"It's missing some covers" and so on...
The best I found was a cx, mint, complete, seller guarantee it is working, for 350, 00 us dollars, no acessories.
If I put shipping cost plus import taxes, it will go to more or less us $ 750, 00.
I think that the brasilian auction is not that expensive, as I live in Brazil.
The problem is I don 't have the money (yet).
I will be satiesfied with 41cx and a 65, some day, I hope.
Thanks
JL

HP-41CX
Hi HP41cx,
I've just found a 41cv in an affordable price for me (+/- US $ 100), but with corrosion in one of the batteries contacts.
The seller says it works, even with the corroded contact.
Is it a very bad problem? Could be fixed?
The calculator looks good, comes with box, case like new, all the papers and manuals.
What do you think? (Or anybody else that want to help me)
Thanks in advance to all of you
JL
Hi JL
I have done a couple of these with corroded contacts, I have fixed them with conductive silver
Epoxy paint, with good success

An hp-41cx contacts damaged.
We have placed a battery holder (4 x 1.5 AA) and two pieces of acrylic to give ideal slope.
