I need a clean 400 pixel wide monochrome image of the 20b/30b segmented LCD display. I tried scaling an image myself, but the results aren't very good:

Would anyone with suitable skills care to either create an alternative, or clean that one up?
It definitely needs to be monochrome, so no greyscale, and no antialiasing.
