Full Version: Problem with Quick Edit and LaTeX

Just noticed in an other thread that LaTeX wasn't rendered anymore after a Quick Edit.
So let's try to reproduce that: \(abc(a+b+c)\) (after the Quick Edit)

It appears to be just the view after the Quick Edit.
Which is rather confusing.

Conclusion:
LaTeX isn't rendered after a Quick Edit.
You have to reload the page.
So not really an issue. Maybe a browser thing?

Thomas

The strange thing is that this looks okay when quoted.
What's going on?
I also found that I have to use the reload button on my Web browser following a Quick Edit of one of my posts, after which the \(\LaTeX \) code is rendered correctly. This behavior happens with both Firefox and Chrome browsers.
