I am trying to find the solution to
0 = 20 + 15*sin(pi*x/6) - 4 - 2^(0.1*x^2) , where x >= 0.
I enter the equation
y = 20 + 15*sin(pi*x/6) - 4 - 2^(0.1*x^2)
into Apps->Solve.
If I press the Plot button, I can see multiple solutions where y = 0.
If I press the Num button, enter y=0 and press the Solve soft key, I get only 1 of the solutions (and not the one I want).
I get the same solution that I don't want if I use Toolbox->Solve->Solve.
1) How do I get the other solutions to the equation?
2) On Plot, how do I find precisely where the graph crosses the x-axis?
Thanks.
