Full Version: issue after upgrading HP Prime to version 20230413

Hi
I just upgraded HP connectivity kit and HP Prime to the current version (April 2023).
Issue: when clicking on the calculator in the calculators window of the connectivity kit (in order to expand the tree), the calculator resets. Hardware revision is "C". I rebooted my PC as well.
Any idea how this can be solved ?

Whenever I encounter a problem like this, I restart the HP Prime with a paper clip on the back reset button. I hope that helps.
Yes I did that already - it didn't help.
But:
now I did a "harder" reset, clearing its memory (On+Apps+Esc) and reinstalling my app and... it works!
