HP Forums - MathJax in Lite mode and printable version

As pointed out by Valentin Albillo in this post, MathJax sequences do not get expanded in either the printable version of a thread or the Lite (Archive) Mode of the forum.

Is it possible for support for this to be added?

And come to that, can the 50-posts per page limit be raised to 100-posts per page ?

It would be most useful when generating a PDF file from a thread, so that it would fit in a single PDF file, not two or more when greater than 49 replies were posted to the thread.
