I would speculate that it will release in late October or early November.

Hello,
take a look at the video published in the last couple of days by hpcalc.org during the hhc2022. the name of the video is: HHC 2022: HP Calculators Distribution (Klaas Kuperus)
where Klaas explain very clearly the relationship with Hewlett Packard, who is responsible of what and he clearly states that:
- Moravia consulting is responsible for the hp PRime sw and connKit
- Moravia hired (as consultants) the Hp Prime creators (Cyrylle, Tim and Jake/Jack)
and now they are able to update the calculator firmware. i undertood they will focus on bugs at the moment, however they would like to improve microPython and develop new features.
They also have plans for updating the hp Prime Manual. it is not in the top priority however they will do it.
i don't know if i am too optimistic but this video put me in a positive mood...
I am not a native english speaker so it is possible that i misunderstood something.
