Hi all,

Some time ago a follower indicates the way to connect Prime G1(Version C) to PC without cable, I remember it was getting program directly from CK "send to class", surely passing by my WIFI.

It was working very well.

Maybe one remember this thread or post ?

Connected without any dongle or any thing.

Then that's impossible because the only real way to get wireless communications from a Prime is with that orange dongle.

Perhaps the post you are thinking of was referring to the phone app. The HP Prime Pro has the ability to connect through your phone's wifi to a computer.

I found that version 2.1.14346 (2019 11 21) was able to connect in this manner, but I could not get later versions to connect.

With the windows updates over the pass few years, the connectivity app is now by default blocked by your Firewall. You just need to give it access (private or public or both). That's how I'm able to use the wireless feature with the Pro version of the app till this day.

It was a while back when I tested this, but using the same connectivity kit, version 2.1.14346 of the android app would connect but the later ones would not.
