The 48GX User Guide notes (p28-5) that when using ARCHIVE to make a backup of all of Home, that the ticking clock is not in the display, otherwise it may corrupt the backup data. Oddly perhaps, this is not mentioned in the AUR entry for ARCHIVE.
I don't recall seeing a similar warning for the same operation on the 50g; do we know for sure whether it's also an issue there? Perhaps not because the 50g clock doesn't include seconds?
