Is it possible to have 2 lines or more (x,y,…T) to display on the WP 34S on the DM 42?

There is a show Y option in the settings. It's not ideal but better than nothing.
A proper multi-line display would require some code rework but would definitely be possible.

Yes, if you select YDON in Modes, you’ll get the Y register on the display, and if you’re using the wp34s_top.pgm version, you’ll get a full display of the Y register with the indicators above and not a short one as on the WP 34S:
