I have a second printing of John Ball's Algorithms for RPN Calculators - copyright 1978.
I read the PPC journal V6N1 p28b corrections article for the first printing of the book in Jake Schwartz's PPC Calculator Archive 2.40. In Jake's archive I also found the article 25 Years of "Algorithms for RPN Calculators" in Datafile V22N6 p20. In the Datafile article there was mention of a multi-page errata file: ARPNCORR.PDF. I haven't been able to locate this file. Does this file contain additional corrections for later printings? If so, is this file freely available?
