I must say, the photo blunder I pointed out in my previous post, combined with the lack of replies by our official contacts is terribly unfortunate. It does not instill confidence that all is well.

I thought it would be a good idea to let her know directly rather than complain about it to each other. Civility is possible here.

Thank you for the updated links, Veronika!
I noticed there are no photos of the Prime. Does this mean it will no longer be sold?

No, nothing like that. The post was about packaging and product changes for a few model. On Prime, that wasn't needed. So nothing to post about that then.

You possibly need a dedicated customer forum of your own or failing that a dedicated section on this forum. Following a single thread on a third party forum is hardly ideal as a customer feedback mechanism.

The Android Prime App does not work offline for some users, and it never even got the Python beta App that the Prime G2 has.
Is there any possibility it might be brought up to date?

Actually this is a good opportunity to measure the latency of updating the website. While clearly a bug/goof/oof it's just as clear that once pointed out, the Licensee team, that clearly participate here fairly regularly and hence now know it needs to be fixed, will request to have the problem corrected. Now we just count the days to see how long it takes for a Prime to look like a Prime. I'm guessing 5-7 days.
