Below is a link to an interesting new catalog/resource I acquired recently.

“HP Computer Users Documentation Index”, March 1985, 80 pages, w/OCR. 60MB. This catalog contains lists of documents and associated part numbers for most Users Guides, Manuals, etc. for HP Series 10, 40, 70, 80, 110, 120/125, 150/Touchscreen, 98XX, 250, 1000, 3000 and 9000 Computer models and most of their peripherals and software. There is also a reverse-index by part-number.

A unique catalog, I’ve not ever seen one like this before. Very helpful if you’re trying to locate Manual Titles and/or part-numbers, or even simply what docs were made for a given model. Note that while fairly comprehensive I’ve noted that not every single manual for a given model is included, at least for some of the calculator models.

Huge thanks to Jake Schwartz for the excellent scan. This is one of many new catalogs and documents that will be coming out in the October release of Jake’s PPC Archive, see http://www.pahhc.org/ppccdrom.htm for details.

Hi,
The plan (as usual is the case each year) is to release this version after the Fall HHC 2021 conference, so perhaps it might not be available until closer to November. The conference, by the way, is scheduled for the first weekend in October. The promotional conference web site is being prepared. (Thanks to Dave Ramsey)
Thanks,
Jake
Wow, very interesting. This catalog added about 35 previously-unknown (to me) books to my list of known calculator manuals, though admittedly all in languages other than English. Thanks so much for sharing this, as it is useful to my current project.

Just a suggestion for the future -- please try to make each scanned page within a document the same size (here presumably 8.5x11); this PDF has a variety of sizes like 8.42x10.79, 8.46x10.81, 8.47x10.84, 8.31x10.89, 8.61x10.92, etc, and jumps around when viewing it (especially when I view with left and right pages side-by-side as I often do).
No good deed goes unpunished, I guess....
I can fix that easily enough - I'll email it to you Eric.
I see no punishment here, Jake, so I am very perplexed by your comment. I was just trying to give some advice to help you in the future, but perhaps you have no interest in feedback?
Thank you to both Bob and Jake!
