If you download every single program from hpcalc.org to the hp prime, how capable would the hp prime g2 be? Which reset would delete everything on the hp prime except for programs downloaded form hpcalc.org? What subjects do some of these programs include?

There is no reset method that delete everything except user downloaded program. Most of calculator after factory reset deletes everything with user made.
But, if you want to do like cold reset, you can press On - Symb key. Cold reset doesn't delete programs.
