Hi all,

I have a vintage HP98xx + plotter (HP9862) + digitizer + tape...

I need advice on whether it's of any value these days.

Thank you for your feedback.

I'm not sure what it would go for...
But, if you are new to this site, have you checked the bottom of this web page?

It might help if you posted what the XX was in your posting.

I've seen a non-working 9100a go for $4500 on eBay. A working one? Who knows? The 9100b is a bit less since it wasn't the first. If you have all those peripherals and they're all working, maybe $6000 - $7000 if the right buyer is watching. Of course COVID might depress prices a bit since the future is so uncertain. Of course that's only eBay prices which are always higher than what you might find from private dealers.
It’s a 98xx not a 9100.

And as wrote Ren, depending on the xx, they’re completely different computers/calculators.
But it’s valuable, whatever the xx is.
I agree it has value as a set or even in pieces. Probably more in pieces, but that depends on how patient you are.
