I don't have an extra to trade, however do you really mean "Quick
Start Guide", or are you looking for a Quick Reference Guide (a small pocket-sized booklet, English p/n is 00071-90019)? I own just about all the 71B docs and accessories I'm aware of and have never seen a "Quick Start Guide", though perhaps the title simply translates differently.
This document is a folded and stapled Quick Reference Guide - about 85 mm wide and 150 mm high, 56 pages with cover.
"Kurz-Anleitung" == literally "Short-Manual". == "Quick Reference Guide"

Thank you for the correction. It is indeed the Quick Reference Guide. The small one that can live in the pocket in the leatherette case.
